Evaluating the Effectiveness of Nurse Led Psycho Social Intervention to Improve Mental Well-Being among Bereaved Families, Karachi, Pakistan: A Protocol of Quasi-Experimental Study

Background: One of the most traumatic experiences a person can have is losing a loved one, which may substantially affect their physical, socioeconomic, and emotional health. Aim: To determine whether six weeks of positive psychology based psychosocial intervention, comprising, mindfulness, spirituality, physical activity, happiness, gratitude, and social support can assist in enhancing mental health. Methods: A quasi-experimental study on the females of bereaved families living within premises of Karachi, (Sindh), Pakistan.
